HOW COACHING
iS DONE
Coaching is most effective done in person. There are no minimum number of coaching sessions, I leave that up to you. You will be able to determine how much value you are getting from the coaching relationship.
The first step is to have a good understanding of what your individual situation is and what you are looking to accomplish. This can be done through a brief conversation prior to the first coaching session, ensuring we are both in agreement as to what your goal is. Once we have clear goals formulated we will then be able to move forward into developing a course of action.
For corporations, I will provide a needs-analysis, and recommendations on how to reach goals such as: improved communication, improving individual effectiveness and productivity which all translate into improved profitability.
I will make recommendations as to what next steps will move our commonly agreed goals moving forward, keeping individuals accountable on achievable milestones.
